Job Roles Responsibilities

Managing reception - Answer phone calls and emails from clients, employees, and vendors.

Visitors Management - Greeting guests on their arrival.

Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

Supervision of office machines (for example fax, printer, AC equipment s etc.)

Vendor management - Supervision of AMC, Pest control, Horticulture, Food Ordering, Events supervision etc.

Management of housekeeping staff, security, valets and other admin related support staff.

Experienced in the documentation process as well as filing important documents and keeping them well organized.

Managing Inventory for housekeeping, Office Stationery, Housekeeping Staff Attendance, Employee Attendance, and all activities related to office administration.

Coordinating with Admin Department regarding their appointments and meetings

Basic knowledge of fire fighting system, PA System, CCTV and access control system.

Working knowledge of various tools and applications related to meeting room bookings.

Travel management - Coordination with travel agents for flight, hotel and cab related bookings/cancellation.
