Designation– Floor Coordinator

Qualification– BBA/ MBA from a recognised University

Experience– 1 to 4 years of hospital experience is required

Location– Jaipur

Job Responsibilities-

• To contribute in patient satisfaction and implementing hospital policies and procedures
• Responsible for Identifying/ solving patient requirements/ grievances by establishing personal rapport with the patients.
• Responsible for implementing corrective actions to ensure patient concerns are addressed
• To maintain proper records of resources and materials available for patient care
