- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries
- sorting and distributing mail,Monitor daily office expenses and stationary management
- maintain record and registers.
- Responsible for canteen facilities to ensure smooth tea break & launch
- Arrangement daily check sheet and tracking of attendance records.
