We have a urgent job opportunity with DTDC Express Limited at Mumbai (Goregaon) location for the position of Senior Executive Or Officer in operations department.

Job purpose -

The purpose is to provide visibility to the Management of the exceptions that are happening at the field in operations. This position provides daily follow-up for the deviation from SOP of operation. This aims at streamlining the process and ensuring the SOP is adhered to, in the field.

CTC Bracket- 4.5 lakhs

Duties and responsibilities

1. Stop Deviation from SOP Primary Responsibility
2. Create visibility of the SOP deviation happening at the operation field.
3. Follow-up
   1. Take a follow-up with the operation team in the field on a daily basis about the deviation from the SOP for the following processes & remove them

i. First Mile (Pickup)

ii. Processing & Connectivity

iii. Last Mile (Delivery)

iv. RTO (Return to Origin)

2. Escalate up the hierarchy if the challenge is not getting addressed

4. Rectification

1. Rectify any issues that show up in the operations field by taking inter departmental support
2. Help rectify IT issues faced by field operations team by taking help of IT team

5. Support

1. Provide support to the operation team regarding any clarification in the process understanding
2. In case of a process change, apprise the operations field team about the same and how it may affect other processes
3. In case of new process initiation, apprise the stakeholders accordingly
