Description
We are looking for a Candidate who is good at working closely as Personalised Secretary and Administrator for one of our Directors. The Candidate has to be well-organised in many aspects including time management and with a sufficient knowledge of key skills could be a major asset to enrol in our company. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executives working life and communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Works closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following them up appropriately.
- Attend meetings and document them as 'minutes' to manage the activities in Director's Office.
- Manage the Director's appointments and maintain the daily planner.
- Arrange for in - house events.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Director including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments and completing expense reports
- Maintain Directors' agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Handle incoming mail and other material.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Technical Skills Required
- Good at handling all Technical assignments, especially Computer based tasks
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and related tools
- Should be good at handling Web Applications and function with multiple marketplace based Websites
- Good Communication and English fluency is Mandatory
- Practical Knowledge of Handling multiple Social Media Platforms
- Basic Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (Optional)
- Should be good at sourcing and managing Content at required topics

- Excellent communication skills, open for early coming / late sitting and candidates who are having good admin profile can also apply.
