  • Responsible for attaining the sales targets through engagement of customers, assist them in choosing the jewelry and complete the sales transactions of Malabar Gold Diamonds.
  • Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and understand their requirements.
  • Drives sales through suggestive selling by building customer confidence.
  • Negotiate/close deals, understand handle queries and complaints address with the right solution.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in each sale.
  • Processes payments by totaling purchases and billing.
  • Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products
  • Must be proficient in product names, features, making charge, stone charge etc.
  • Must be aware of the items and services provided by the competitors
  • Maximize profitability and meet sales targets.
  • Help the sales trainees in acquiring product knowledge.
  • Assist in BTL marketing

Required Skills :

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Must be willing to work any where in GCC or Far East Countries
