Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execution of downstream operation like Ultrafiltration, Dialysis, Centrifugation, Column Chromatography, Polishing of Protein, Formulation, Aseptic Filtration.
- Issuance of BMR followed by on time entries of processes and completion of BMR.
- Executing operations on floor as per MFR as assigned.
- On-time entries in logbook related to processing.
- Preparation of departmental SOPs & Formats.
- Review of logbooks for adequacy and completion
- Registration of various stage samples through Live Health Software
- Maintaining cleanliness at Work Processing Area
- Issuance, execution & completion of Deviations.
- Execution of Product / Process validation on floor along with seniors.
- Handling and maintaining departmental equipments along with its records.
- Compiling product specific data and maintaining trends for the same.
- Indenting of Raw Materials (Chemicals/ Consumables/ Resins, etc.)
- Issuance of Raw Materials (Chemicals/ Consumables/ Resins, etc.) and maintaining inventory records for the same.
- Maintaining records of discard generated and disposal of the same.
- Execution of any job activity assigned by reporting authority.
Desired Qualification
- Post Graduate degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry or other relevant scientific discipline with 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Age will not be constraint in deserving cases.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of Protein Purification
- Hands-on experience of techniques and equipment handling involved in protein purification.
- Knowledge of GMP standards, SOPs and quality management systems
- Awareness of QMS as per ISO13485: 2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Data collection and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Execute Operational Excellence by setting clear benchmarks.
- Smart Thinker and displays smart/ tactical moves & mental agility.
- Is open and flexible when faced with changing circumstances and finds ways and means of doing things and not get struck with the past.
- Support and guide subordinates by giving appropriate examples & feedback.
