Direct Reports : - Manager / Senior Manager
Purpose of Role : - Manage a processes of POS function
Description of Role : -
1) Responsible for managing transaction SLAs
2) Adherence to regulatory TAT
3) MIS for owned processes
4) Responsible for drafting and updating SOPs at regular intervals
5) Responsible for identifying system gaps and driving system enhancements
6) Managing regulatory reports and adhoc MIS
Key challenge in the role : -
1) Excellent communication Skills
2)Achieve operational and quality related set performance benchmarks.
3)Maintain, develop and manage effective intra and inter department relationship
4)hould be comfortable working on MS Excel & MS Presentation

Skills required : - MS Excel Knowledge, basic communication skills, experienced candidate in Payouts (Customer payouts related to Surrender of policy, Maturiy, foreclosure, partial withdrawal, etc)
