Build strong relations with key mechanics in the markets assigned:
1. Map all the key influencers in the market and regularly visit them.
2. Support them in terms of product information, company programs, and schemes.
3. Drive pre-planned consumer activities, merchandising & on floor demand activities.
Generate demand by conducting one-to-one meets (chai meets and small mechanic meets) effectively:
1. Conduct chai meets to talk about Brand benefits & Product USPs.
2. Effectively use demo kits, sales presenters, and program brochures to communicate our product benefits.
Follow up post the activity to convert the prospect into a customer:
1. Visit the interested prospects post the meet to set up meetings with the SH/local distributor.
2. Follow up on the discussions and close the loop & Properly hand over to the local BE/ DSR.
Lead the Coupon Digitalization:
1. Migrate all identified mechanics on a digital platform with hygienic data from our depository.
2. Help to execute end-to-end app adoption starting from download to the first scan.
3. Meet allocated mechanics on pre-defined beat plan & help them to scan coupons.
4. Resolve any issues either by answering or escalating the mechanics concern.
Required Candidate profile
ITI, Polytechnic, Science Graduate with fair knowledge of Sales & Marketing.
3-4 years prior experience in Sales or on-ground activations
Prior Experience in marketing plan execution will help.
Knowledge and Skillset
- Execution Bias: Ability to demonstrate brand message to target mechanics with creative solutions.
- Excellent Analytical/Problem-solving skills driven by Local examples.
- A Team Player with distinct abilities to work in a varied environment of the Lubricant market.
- Working knowledge of English (written and verbal) along with strong command of regional language in routine communication.
- Planning, Organizing, Co-ordinating & Monitoring skills
- Should possessed basic IT Skills & Knowledge.
- Execution ability, Results Orientation & Customer Centricity.
