Candidates should be the Brand Ambassador for BHIVE. Front-end and manage the center whereby ensuring the superlative customer experience, Design, Deploy and Drive Customer engagement initiatives and build the community through lucid partnership and collaborations, hold P&L responsibility of the center and ensure profitability with a great customer experience, and take strategic initiatives to ensure customer retention and expansions.
