Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete Credit assessment and underwriting of mortgage
  loan applications based on product and policy norms.
• Complete responsibility for end to end from login to disbursal of loans
• Improve customer experience by delivering best in Class Turn around Time(TAT).
• Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers based upon multiple online
  and offline data sources, financial and non-financial analysis. Verifying the
  information provided by the customers and conducting personal discussion with
  the client.
• Robust knowledge of end-to-end process and LOS is must. Experience in
  digitization and automation of credit and allied processes.
• Coordination with legal, technical, and processing vendors and train them
  processes and polices, and improve the TAT
• Rationalizing and simplifying processes and policies, in line with business
  requirements
