This role will provide administrative support across two tribes across the Australian Data team including specific support to the Head of roles, and will assist with business planning, time management and systems administration to enable the team to function efficiently and effectively.

This role needs to be highly organised and self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. In this role role you will will juggle competing priorities and different agendas and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders. And also will support the Head of roles and their team to co-ordinate small projects, initiatives and events, will have an eye for detail and take personal accountability for outcomes.

What will your day look like

This role is accountable for -

  • Administrative/operational tasks as agreed with line manager
  • The co-ordination of Team Planning days and events as required
  • Tracking and management of operational invoices incurred by the Team in the day-to-day running of the function
  • Collaborate and connect with stakeholders within the Australia Data tribe
  • General problem solving and ability to proactively remove roadblocks for your area
  • The management and monitoring of the Team s operational assets
  • Tracking dependencies and risk at the Team level associated with general operation
  • Passionately and selflessly provide support to colleagues to ensure the Team is thriving
  • Work with other Executive Assistant roles to share knowledge, learn from fabulous failures and good practice, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Embrace new ways of working in both mindset and discipline
