Job Duties:
This role is with our In House Contact Center for our Customer Service, E-channel, Renewal business. ON THE ROLE OF ICICI LOMBARD.
- Solving queries and complaints of the customers.
- Explaining the customers product features and benefits.
- Ensuring all compliance and SLA during the calls.
- Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, target.
Requirements
- Full Time Graduates and Post Graduates.
- Should have Aadhar Card / Pan card / Education Documents
- Should have appointment letter / relieving letter / Salary slips in case of work experience.
- Fresher's with good communication hindi and English can apply
Salary and Benefits:
- This is a full time role with ICICI Lombard
- Fresher's salary - 1.75 LPA plus Annual Bonus.
- Experience salary - up to 2.50 LPA plus Annual Bonus.
Work Timings
- 9.5 Hours shift
- 5 DAYS WORKING 2 days weekly off.
- Age Criteria 30 and below
