Key Responsibilities *Attend Inbound Call and understand the needs of the customer and tag the CQR (Complaint, Query, Request) appropriately*In case of a complaint, communicate the end resolution to the customer and carry out other necessary activities in coordination with others departments*Provide an online resolutions in case of a query/request*Communicate the TAT to customer based on the CQR and ensure timely fulfillment of the requirement*Also utilize the opportunity to pitch sale, by generating further needs and promoting offersEnsure quality of calls is met
