Utilises best practices around reviews, quality, and documentation
Contributes to Engineering communities, meetups, and conferences to promote technology development culture and practices
Provide ongoing support for platforms as required
Creates estimates and continuously reviews demand within the individual Squads/teams
May create, understand and monitor application metrics
What will you bring
Experience with iterative delivery using Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and Jira
Industry experience in ServiceNow API (GlideRecord, GlideAggregrate, GlideAjax, GlideScopedEvaluator, etc.)
Experience with RDBMS, preferably MS SQL .
4 years experience in complete SDLC and writing well designed, testable, efficient code with automated unit test-cases and good problem-solving skills
Experience in configuring any one of the following: Service Now s platform IntegrationHub, CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM) Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and/or Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
JavaScript development experience on the ServiceNow platform
Design, develop, implement and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
Preferably CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) and Module Implementer
Experience documenting business requirements, data exchange requirements, interface mapping agreements and technical design documentation.
Experience participating in technical design workshops and documenting design decisions, actions and business rules.
Experience with catalogues, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI policies, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
