Description
We are looking for a Electrical Electronics Engineer for Navi Mumbai and Mumbai location.

B.E. / B.Tech Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be able to read and understand all Electrical drawings/Internal wiring diagram/schematic diagram etc
- Candidate should be able to use Electrical test equipment like Multimeter, Meggar, Tong Tester/Oscilloscope etc
- Candidate should be able to do different types of connectorisation by using crimping tool,Special type crimping tool,Soldering iron etc, should be able to solder/ desolder components from PCB/ Various control cards
- Candidate should be able to do fault analysis and fault rectification of electrical components.
- Candidate should be able to handle PCBs,Close loop servo system etc. Should have basic knowledge of Hydraulic system including servo amplifier function
- Candidate should know about various electrical components like DB,Panels, MCBs, Auto change over switch, Transformers, UPS etc
- Assist and guide the team by referring the respective drawings regarding Installation of Electrical / Electronic equipment, Termination Connectorisation ,Cold checks, STW & Trials with respective OEMs and commissioning
- Ensure proper quality of work, Adher to EMI/EMC measures, Earthing and bonding etc.
- Maintain hindrance and daily activity register and update them on daily basis.
- Undertake new challenging jobs in control side including defect identification, defect rectification and modification with innovative ideas at Kochi as well as in other locations if required
- Impart technical guidance and training to subordinate team members to develop a strong Electrical team
- Make sure all safety measures are being followed by all workers.
- Carry out supervision of jobs undertaken by subordinates and ensure proper quality and workmanship
- As part of the technical team development carry out the E &R of various control and weapon system coming to us,defect identification and rectification, Explore the opportunities with innovative ideas in the control system of various system like Fin Stabilizer, Engine controls,Steering gear and weapon related control units.
- Get familiarization with IPMS & APMS sytem including RTUs, MFCs, Various sensors and their calibration procedures ,Ethernet switch and data transmission etc
Electronics Engineer Responsibilities:
- Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software
- Liaising with engineers, other professionals, as well as clients to ensure quality projects are completed to specifications
- Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations
- Observing existing processes and making recommendations for improvement
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Practical experience with design software
- Experience in design recommended
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills
- Excellent research and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to work overtime if required
Compensation range
Remuneration will be as per Marine Industry Standards.
