- High Volume call responsibility (150+)
- Should be flexible with time-based on Requirements
- Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills
- Should have a minimum of 6 months of work exp in Recruitment
- Immediate joiners preferred | REMOTE Till the Pandemic
- Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates as per client requirements.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-. time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations and hiring documentation.
- Must have worked on permanent as well as contractual staffing.
- Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.
