Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Maintain an ecosystem of web assets (e.g., corporate website, product/services microsites, social media platforms, blogs, online advertising, etc.) that create brand awareness and drive measurable sales pipeline activity.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, implement, and optimize web landing pages, emails, and other web assets to support marketing campaigns in target markets.
  • Plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, track the progress of results, optimize existing capabilities and develop new opportunities for driving organic search traffic.
  • Manage web-to-lead process through the seamless integration of multi-channel marketing platforms.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Web and digital campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to optimize results, using the appropriate KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, CPL, CPA, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Update working knowledge of the latest web marketing trends, tools, and practices.
  • Apply analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling content tailored specifically for a variety of different social media audiences.
  • Develop and manage a team of digital marketing executives as per the needs of the company.
  • Track and measure ROI for each of the products.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
  • Coordinate with design and production team to overall improve the performance.
  • Analyze digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying trends, insights, and end-to-end customer experience.
  • In-Depth knowledge in using various digital marketing tools.

Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Must have handled a minimum ad spend budget of INR 1,00,000/month.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams internally & externally
  • Clarity of thought and ability to think creatively.
  • Self-driven and proactive.
