Training Location: Bobst India; Pune
Training Period: 3 months
Job Location: At customer end Pan India level i.e. Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Vasai, Mumbai, Noida, Kolkata, Haridwar, Bengaluru etc.
Position Title: Trainee Die- Cutter machine
Reports To: Customer
Eligibility
- Any 10th / 12+ candidates having work experience of Printing and Packaging industry.
- ITI / NCVT passed out, Any graduate e.g. BCom, BSc, BA etc.
- Any Printing, Packaging Diploma or Degree holder
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Bobst Machine Operator Training.
The candidate must undergo #3 months Bobst Machine Operator Training at Bobst India, Pune plant.
- Post successful completion of Machine Operator Training at Bobst India, candidate will be responsible to work as Machine Operator’ on Bobst Converting Machines at customer end. Need to do machine make-ready, change-over and troubleshooting.
- He is responsible for production and Preventive Maintenance (TPM).
Main Responsibilities
- The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting cartons to specifications and making adjustments / troubleshooting, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Ensure tasks are executed in the most effective manner in regard to time, cost and function
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed Packaging and Converting environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
- Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
- Housekeeping and sanitation
- Strive for ongoing self-improvement through additional training
- Be a team player and contributor in shop
- Show mutual respect for coworkers
