You must also be able to work independently with minimal follow-up, be accountable and take pride in your work. This position reports to the IT Manager in Budapest, Hungary.
You will
Provide IT Support in a mixed Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows 10 and Linux environment
Manage the new hire onboarding process: set-up accounts and equipment for new employees and provide user training
Manage the IT Helpdesk ticket queue using JIRA Service Desk
Administer G-Suite, Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, and other corporate platforms
Provide meeting, A/V and VoIP support
Document and update IT processes, while trying to find holes in them
Have familiarity with using a ticketing system to manage and solve IT issues (JIRA preferred)
Manage our local and remote printers
Support iOS and Android devices
You have
0-2 years of Desktop Support in a Mac/Windows environment (we are 75% Mac)
Some experience using an MDM solution - preferably JAMF and/or Airwatch
Knowledge in anti-virus/malware solutions
Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom Hangouts Meet Preferred)
Strong customer service skills and great attention to detail
Ability to excel in a high growth, team focused company with minimal day to day supervision
BS in a technical major preferred
