Description
Roles and Responsibilities.
1- Technical support to the users via Remote Control or Phone or in Person for software and hardware issues.
2- Coordination with Technical Leads, other support teams, Service providers and hardware vendors for timely resolution of cases as per specified SLAs.
3- L2 level technical support and monitoring for other IT Infrastructure and Services like Network, Security, Data Center operations, Server administration and Endpoint Management.
4- Technical and Technical Support Engineering Skills.
Good written and oral communication skills
5- 2 years of experience in IT support and services profile
6- Certification in Hardware, Services and Infrastructure / Network / Security / IT Management is preferred
7- Bachelor's Degree in IT is Must.
