Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Hands on & Understanding of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Wi Fi connectivity, Citrix , Windows basic system operations.
  • Hands on & understanding on SLA, FCR, CSAT, MTTM, Ticketing Tool, Incident, Service, Change Management, tools like HPSM etc.
  • Candidate should be aware about Telecom Business, applications, basic telecom devices functionality Cisco, Genesys, IVR, ACD etc and compliance.
  • Hands on & understanding on MS Excel sheets, Power point Presentation and good analytical skill etc. create MACROS/Use Formulas/ Automating data.
  • Hands on & understanding on communication properly and successfully with Business and Other Departments Stake Holders and Members.
  • Candidate must have self-starting, Innovative, Proactive, Self-initiative & take Ownership with responsibility.
  • Candidate should have Certification like, MCSC, CCNA,ITIL etc.
  • Candidate should be Graduate in B.Tech/BCA/MCA Or BA if any technical diploma also done.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in in Hindi & English both.
  • Should have His Laptop/Desktop with good internet connectivity.
  • Should be agreeing to move to Mumbai location (If this WFH Culture gets over or when its required).
  • Troubleshooting knowledge required for hardware and software issues.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
