Technical Support Engineer or Desktop Support Engineer ( L1 Support )
Experience: 1-1.5 Years
Location: NOIDA Sector 16A
- Hands-on experience with Windows10 OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, Laptops, Printers, Wi-Fi devices, mobile devices and other products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
