BANT criteria qualify Process

Tele Account Manager

Day shift

5 Days working.

No Age limit

Working location - Bangalore, Koramangala Only

Clearly qualify the BANT criteria qualify at customer's end.

Get the triangulation call done with the Client team post qualify the lead for BANT criteria.

Get the Lead accepted by the client post triangulation call etc.

Job Responsibilities

Will be responsible for generating New Business revenue as per the assigned quota.

Will be responsible for gathering competition intelligence and latest market trends in Sales Intelligence industry.

Will be responsible for managing pipeline in CRM.

Will be responsible for follow-ups and responding to customer queries within the defined TAT.

1-5years of B2B product Lead Generation/sales experience

Customer service orientation

Resilience & Flexibility

Analytical / Logical thinking

Troubleshooting analysis

Language Expertise - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Technical/ Behavioral Skills Must to have:

Awareness and knowledge within IT industry ( Products/ Services)

Ability to take ownership and work independently

Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and timelines

Must have excellent account management skills including office administration and internal communications

Able to demonstrate the ability of closing sales opportunities winning business
