Job Overview:
- Work directly with the scribe to perform initial one-on-one onboarding
- Clinician and clients expectations are being met
- Scribe compliance with facility-specific requirements
- High standards of quality
- TAT time
- Intensively review and provide accurate, supportive, and timely feedback on all notes submitted by Medical Scribe Specialist (MSS).
- Create basic customizations to the clinician’s note format and templates.
- Assist with client-related requests or issues (escalate as needed) during the implementation.
- Train and supervise MSS as needed.
- Intensively review and provide accurate, supportive, and timely feedback on all notes submitted by trainees.
- Conduct daily calls with Scribe Operation Manager (SOM) to ensure seamless and timely implementation progress.
- Clearly communicate the progress of the Medical Scribe Specialists with SOM.
- Actively participate in the development of operational strategies and company-wide best practices
Qualification / Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2-year Medical Scribe experience.
- Minimum 1-year experience in mentorship, coaching, or teaching.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Experience across multiple specialties and subspecialties.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Solid time management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 or other cloud-based productivity tools.
