Description
HCL Hiring for Master Data Management and Data Analytics Process :

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional service to business functions and counterparts regards to master data set up, maintenance, review in ERP or other systems (e.g. CRM, SAP,) accurately and timely based on established processes and work instructions
- Knowledgeable of all controls concerning master data (input by the team); execute these controls properly; file necessary supporting documents (including the Approvals, Tax exemption certificate etc.)
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and corrective actions for errors to complete data in a timeline manner; assist in development of process improvements and resolution to ensure error cause removal
- Escalate issue/process improvement to Lead/Supervisors, involving Process Improvement Advisor as necessary
- Support other team members during peak activity periods, vacations and absences
- Participate/assist in special projects assigned by DAS and CS management

Shifts : Should be flexible for Night Shifts
Notice Period : Maximum 30 days
Experience : 1 to 4 Yrs
