# Willingness to work in voice and 24x7 environment.

# Qualification : Any Graduate and above(Degree- certificate is manadatory)

#work from office, Bangalore location from Day 1.

#Rotational offs (5days working)

Rounds of Interview:

1)General Interview (15-20min discussion over Microsoft Teams)

2)Hr discussion

3)Versant Test

Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description:

# Candidates should possess good communication skills in English

# Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed in tough situations.

# Must display a history of achieving goals in a high-performance environment.

# Should possess extensive customer service and interaction skills.

# 6m-3years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred

# Experience in dealing calls with end customers would be preferred.

# Immediate joiner or max notice of 30 days preferred.

# Willingness to work from office, Bangalore location from Day 1.
