Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with corporate clients and resolve their queries through multiple channels including calls and email
- Acquire knowledge required to assist customer on all their enquiries
- Ensure that the process productivity, quality and customer experience requirements are met in accordance with standards set
- Work independently; complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.
- Ensure that fraud/errors/irregular transactions (if any) are identified and escalated
- Build ability to correctly understand customer requirements including urgency and take required steps to completion
Desired Candidate Profile
- Great written and communication skills in English
- Strong Customer Orientation and passionate about delivering superior customer service
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to take complete ownership and facilitate the end to end customer journey
- Ability to understand complex issues and work through ambiguous situations to provide resolutions for customers
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Good on excel and able to support on different MIs
- Ability to write business letters and reports
