About the Job

Our ideal candidate shall have an excellent customer service skills and be passionate about helping customers. Candidate need to understand customer expectations clearly using effective probing techniques and resolve the issues accordingly. Candidate will be responsible to resolve queries related to order, inventory, billing via Live Chat and ensure the customers are satisfied with the service offered. Ensure all the contacts are documented using the tracking tool..

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web-chat and email based communication tools.
  • Contacts can be from customers and/or shoppers
  • Responsible to save customers from deactivating the subscription of services & respond to other types of inquires
  • Responsible to receive high volume of incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
  • Responsible to document customer transactions accurately in the appropriate systems
  • Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate

Candidate Profile

  • A graduate degree with 0 to 5 years experience in an International call center, preferably into Chat Operations
  • Age <=30 years

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Exposure:

  • Preferred candidates with understanding on eCommerce websites
  • Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills
  • Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm)
  • Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts (24/7)
