Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to pick up quality customers across liabilities & assets and cross sell third party products.
  • Acquisition and Servicing of high net worth customers
  • profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
  • Sales and revenue responsibility for liability (CASA), TD and value acquisition, Wealth management and All fee products for the branch
  • Customer acquisition, retaining, deepening, cross-selling
  • To ensure accurate, timely and error free processing of customer service requests

Desired skills and competencies:

  • Good knowledge of the geographical area
  • Experience in banking as well as exposure to banking products is desired
  • Communication skills with good command in English
  • Disciplined on the compliance and Audit part and knowledge of the product being handled
  • Good co-ordination and networking skills
  • Sales Experience desired, though not mandatory
