2.Receiving Calls from customers.
3.Comfortable with any shifts.
4.Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

1.Should have a go getter attitude.
2.Making sure that customer's issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
3.Ensure that customer's confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.
