Roles and Responsibilities
- Train and Coach the staffs in Ecom facilities
- Knowledge of MS Office; well versed with Microsoft PowerPoints/Excel.
3. Liaise with managers to determine training needs and design effective training programs.
4.Plan and execute employee training and onboarding
5. Develop Skill and Behavioral training modules for Stakeholders
6. Ability to make complex topics simple and easy to understand
7. Sound knowledge of the concepts of writing & reviewing documents
8. Flexible to travel (at ecom facilities)
Desired Candidate Profile
- A good knowledge of existing processes of Ecommerce Industry and Logistics
- Knowledge of Logistics Industry processes to ensure good Training delivery.
- Good Interpersonal and management skills
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities.
