Job Description

  • Handling L1 & L2 level escalations
  • Provide solution to customer queries relating to Cyber Frauds.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of oneself in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/ development.
  • Follow ups with Merchant and Internal stake holder is required to stop the fraudulent transactions on time.
  • Coordination with investigating authorities/Government agencies is required

Skills Required: COMMUNICATION,Communication Skills


Other Requirements :

  • Should be a good leader & experience of working under pressure
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of BPO / Fraud /AML experience preferred.
  • Possess Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate (Complete, with no backlogs pending - FROM REGULAR COLLEGE)
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts and roster offs and 6 days is a week.
  • Availability of Laptop or Desktop - Additional Advantage.
