Description
Serving customers by providing the knowledge of the products and services.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools.
Regular follow-up for the payment with the customers as well as with the bank.
Interact with customers on daily basis and document information shared by the customers on the CRM.
Escalating any complaints. Updating database
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve customer satisfactionMaintain records of customer interactions, customer accounts, and file documents.
Candidate from Pharma/Healthcare background would be given preference
