Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Executive for our company (Agva Healthcare) Handling Incoming and Outgoing calls.
Handling Clients.
Candidate have good command over English and Hindi.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic Knowledge of computer is must.
Medical and marketing people are also invited with good communication Skills.
Communicate with client Customers Via mail to help resolve the issues being faced Portal navigation and troubleshooting.
Order Support and general Functionality inquiries.
Maintain Customer Records by updating account information.
Proactive and inquisitive candidate required with clear and precise communication, written and verbal skills.

Requirements :
Fresher's up-to an experience of 2 years in BPO .
Exceptional Communication and presentation Skills.
Good in English Communication
Should be able to manage time efficiently
B.Tech /MBA / BBA degree can also apply
