  • Should be able to set the targets for the renewals based on the month portfolio
  • To support the branches for the retention, renewals & increase the branch revenue via price increase & up selling
  • Compliant Management- To identify & resolve the customers complaints within the specific timelines
  • Alert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts
  • To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvement
  • Conduct regular review & terminate the non-revival accounts
  • Should be able to analyze data and over the challenging areas to improve month-on-month performance.
  • Should be able to share the monthly dashboard with the analysis and recommendations
