Description
As a Content Developer, you will play an important role and will be responsible for maturing specific elements of an offering in collaboration with the business experts and Product Owners. You will ensure consistency and enrichment of offering content from different businesses, markets, clients, partners, etc. to ensure the value of the final product. Content Developers will be assembled into project sprint teams to focus on key priorities based on skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
•Developing content for solution elements (e.g., thought leadership, solution playbooks, value proposition) at a defined quality standard in collaboration with business experts and client teams
•Pilot solution components with target users and integrate user feedback into offering
•Assess risks to on-time delivery and quality for offering components under development
•Participate in offering development-wide process improvements
•Mentor and guide junior team members throughout offering development, in addition to guiding direct reports that you may have
Required Work Experience & Skills
•3+ years qualifying professional experience; client facing consulting experience as a plus
•Previous experience building compelling narratives and sales enablement materials
•Previous experience with sales, proposal development, advertising, marketing, etc.
•Proven experience in one or many of the business areas Accenture works in
•Experience working across multiple stakeholders
•Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
•High energy and ability to adapt to an evolving operating model and changing ways of working
•Ability to work both independently and as a team member
•Experience leading team a plus
•Product Development experience and understanding a plus
•Understanding of agile ways of working and Storytelling a plus
