Roles and Responsibilities
- Performing systems configuration analysis, design, coding on Customer specific solutions during the client product implementation stage and ongoing support and maintenance of quality custom solutions.
- Coding - Assign codes to diagnosis and procedures performed during implementation. Coding the procedure codes in Code Grouper and mapping them to service groups.
- Reinstatement of medical codes (CPT, HCPCs & Revenue codes)
- Addition and deletion of codes on frequent basis
- Sharing the OPTUM codes (Customer Exchange) updates with BRC
- Identifying contracts and Benefits to map the new codes based on the services
- Performing testing on the Plans or contracts build in BRC Test environment
- Performing Smoke testing in case of Application version upgrade
- Identifying gaps between external expectations and system limitations and suggests configuration improvements or streamlined maintenance processes and techniques if applicable.
- Following established processes, standards and procedures designed to minimize service level agreement violations.
- Providing periodic status checks with clients and internal teams on all project activities in order to assess progress against project plan; provides regular and concise status reports to direct manager.
- Addressing and resolving escalated issues in the appropriate manner within the appropriate timeframe and escalates as appropriate.
- Writing SQL queries to validate the data and pulling test cases from the database
- Running SQL queries and converting the output into a text files to move the data from BRC Configuration environment to Client environments
- Creating the Nimsoft Change Controls to setup the Migration process through which data moves to Production region
- Update Client Support Hours on Share Point
- Break Fix / Error Root cause Analysis and Counseling
- Attending Onshore and client calls
- Coordinating with the BRC tech team if there is any delay in PROD Migration.
- Should contribute to Project Test Planning, as per direction(s) from Team Lead/Group Lead
- Providing prompt resolution to the team if any query arises.
- To appoint a backup for any resource on PTO.
- Making sure that the deliverables and Quality of work is maintained.
- Coordinating with the Offshore BRC Coordinators for any access issues.
- Update status report on daily basis
- Provide support to the new team members.
- Always keep the team members updated on any new changes or requirements.
- Friday EOD status report and update ORACLE
- Conducting Team Huddles for updates or Issues
- Lead/Manager and respective associate monthly meeting
- Need to maintain all Nimsoft ticket data.
- System Issues / Slowness (Communication to Onshore Team, Our Internal IT Team)
- Conducting refresher training of the team
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
Education
- Graduate/UG with Science/commerce background/BE/MBA
Relevant Experience
- 02 - 03 years Healthcare (Configuration Analyst)
