2. Wage bill / Man power cost analysis
3. Help in developing budget base sheets and eligibility Preparing Budget
4. Processing payroll related activities
5. Analyze data on usage of budgets and report
6. Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the industry
7. Conduct periodic audits and present reports
8. Familiarity with employment rules and regulations
9. Administering benefit programs worked on benefits program
10. Managing enrollment, communication and implementation of programs
11. Strong interpersonal, number and communication skills
