The Customer Sales & Service Consulting practice is aligned to the Capability Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following
Develop digital marketing strategy/ campaigns: Study economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Plan, design, and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing material: Work on emails, social media, consumer marketing, BTL and display advertising campaigns.
Lead customer experience assessment, marketing and advertising process and technology assessment, KPI and definition, solution and vendor assessment for different marketing technologies including Adobe
Design new campaign strategies and strategize marketing plans : Work across all channels and devices and design measurement and reporting framework to assess performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience: Work across multiple channels and customer touch points, gathering business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions
Work on Digital Marketing, Online Media Planning, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing: Deep-dive into Web Analytics, SEO, Social media marketing, CRM, Market Research, Marketing Analytics, PPC, Content marketing, Social analytics and ORM tools

Apply designing skills for new campaign strategies: Work on strategizing marketing plans across all channels and devices
Develop business cases for marketing use cases and solutions: Gather business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions
Work with the Capability Network and the Market Unit leadership: Support business development and thought leadership in the campaign management and digital advertising space.
Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
Client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders
Team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals
Leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members
