• Process the signed contract/Order Forms by raising case to the right Support Team.
• Work on systems ( SAP ) to confirm invoice has been shared with clients, making sure the invoices match with agreed renewal values with uplifts.
• Work with billing teams on invoice corrections as and when needed
• Reach out to clients for generated/credit rebill invoice, humbly asking to make payment.
• Make sure to reach out to them at least 2 weeks prior to their payment due date. And reach out further if no payment made.
• Keep a close track on AR sheet, to make sure no invoices come up in pending payment aging bucket of 61-90.
• Create and maintain a sheet to keep a record of all the accounts, touch points and follow ups
