Description
Food Quality- Ensure Food preparation and execution is adhered to Recipe and Process SOP
Food Safety- Food Preparation and other related activities, from receiving to serving, are in compliance with food safety standard
Prep Time- Work towards continuous improvement for reducing prep-time at the section
Ensure Order, Receiving, Storage, Preparation SOP is strictly followed
Ensure each staff trained on Kitchen equipment operating procedure and preventive maintenance procedure to increase efficiency and reduce cost
Extend Hands on Support and guidance to fellow staff workers for a better work environment
