Job Description

  • Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Enforce safety, health, and security rules.
  • Ensure product is correctly priced and registers function properly.
  • Maintained up-to-date knowledge of store policies regarding payments, returns and exchanges.
  • Worked as a team member performing cashier duties, product assistance and cleaning.
  • Expressed appreciation and invited customers to return to the store.
  • Assisted customers with store and product complaints.
  • Guaranteed positive customer experiences and resolved all customer complaints.
  • Maintained adequate cash supply in cash drawers in multiple checkout stations.

  • Lead supervisor support over front of house transactions, cashiers and customer service.
  • Opening and closing procedures involving closing and counting of cash drawers, ensuring store is clean and ready for opening o Resolving customer complaints while handling a high volume of customers in person and over the phone simultaneously.
  • Maintaining a patient and extremely customer service oriented demeanor at all times.
  • Ensuring front end is clean and free of clutter.
  • Additional roles during employment with included event coordinator and price integrity coordinator.
  • Set up and take down of weekly ad signage, ensuring shelf prices were correct and up to date with system requirements.
