Job Description

Marketing Manager Key Role:

Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to senior executives.

Objectives of this Role

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Working in partnership with the creative team, share ideas to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Design and finalise the training manual and materials for sales team training.
  • Create a Product-scientific database for each product and manage PMS information.
  • Manage contents and updates for customers and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events & documentation.
  • Sales Support/ CRM and KOL management.
  • Meeting with DM Interventionists to boost existing sales.
  • Prepare and present the ideas and final deliverables to internal teams/external agencies.
  • Working closely with senior management for conceptualising, designing and strategizing the market development programmes and liaison with the marketing team for effective                    implementation.
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional  sales support.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Product Launching and brand building.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets and effective implementation.
  • Driving the marketing programme including conference/CME/Workshop participation, nationally & internationally.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Medical/lifescience/Pharma plus masters in marketing, business, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
