Roles and Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls in a timely manner.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, providing possible solutions/Guidance, and ensuring that caller feel supported and valued.
Coordinate with callers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues.
Input data into the software to keep each caller record updated.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Fluency in multiple languages may be desired
Willingness to work in rotating shifts
