Roles and Responsibilities
• Initiating and developing the relationships with key decision makers for business development
• Understanding clients' needs and qualifying opportunities in line with business focus
• Generate leads to develop business from different sources
• Follow-up monthly calls to maintain client relationships to incubate business
• Supporting marketing activities through mailing, cold calling, and having face to face meetings
• Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects
• To be actively involved in pricing and negotiations
• Closing the deals and drafting RFP's
• Ensuring all sales targets are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidates Profile
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales, marketing and business development activities.
• Qualification required is Graduate/ Post graduation
• Excellent sales, new business development, account management and relationship building skills
• Ability to clinch large deals and chase a revenue target
• Good email writing, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and self-motivated
