• To source customers for Current Account.
• Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
• Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process
• Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from the achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
• Should be well-groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities

Skills Required: COMMUNICATION,Communication Skills

Other Requirements :

• Qualification - Minimum Graduate
• Should have minimum 1yr of experience in Current Account sourcing.
• Good understanding of customer profile, markets and products and good networking skills.
• 2 years of sales experience. Experience in retail liabilities would be an added advantage
• Need to have decent written and oral communication skills.
• Sales Driven, Detail orientated, Process discipline and Good Organizational Discipline.
• Maximum Age limit - 29 yrs
