For this, we are looking at a professional who is extremely adept and comfortable in balancing the act of being hands-on while managing the various challenges and expectations that will be presented to them.

Business Development Manager - Enterprise Business Acquisition(IOT/Telematics) for

Vision for the role -
The Individual playing this role will be functioning as a part of the Strategic Business Unit that comprises of our Enterprise Customers, EV and ICE OEMs. A focused Corporate centric business that combines the technology, project management, and, conceptualizing capabilities of Rane t4u to address business challenges.

While the role is multi-faceted, the following are the primary areas of focus that will be expected of this Individual.

Strategic Slant:

  • Plan implementation of sales strategies to grow unique acquisitions on Enterprise Logistics, EV & ICE OEMs and enhance competitive position.
  • Market analysis, Channel engagement & development strategies to drive loyalty and partner retention.
  • Should have decision making capabilities backed by data. Constantly monitor, review and take strategic data driven decisions to accomplish company goals.
  • Review and Refinement of the Company's Business Strategy, and execution of that Strategy to obtain a leading position in the market-place
  • Keeping a keen eye on Industry Trends, Technology and new market acquisition opportunities.
  • Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner
  • Must be extremely Techno Business savvy and able to understand and develop a synergy between Technology, Operations and Business
  • Thorough Understanding of Indian Market & International Business requirements

Stakeholder Relations and Development:

  • Prospecting and building a healthy customer funnel for Enterprise, EV and ICE OEM.
  • Maintaining relations with existing customers and creating opportunities for cross selling and upselling.
  • Managing and constantly engaging with team members to perform better. Set up processes and systems with the Internal team to improve prospecting, forecasting and sales achievements.
  • Collaboration with Purchase, Engineering and CXO level decision makers to identify, qualify and secure multi product business opportunities
  • Work with the Internal Stakeholders (Cross-Functional Heads) to satisfy customer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances and other market opportunities
  • Aligning the team for customer satisfaction, and maintain a strategic dialogue with all customers.

Operations Management:

  • Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Enterprise, EV & OEM Businesses, while continuously growing the revenue and increasing the number of customers and their partnership

Project Management:

  • Able to identify and manage risks and opportunities with demonstrated capability to manage multiple revenue streams.
  • Coordinating with functional leaders to ensure proper budget, schedule and direction with realistic staffing/budget estimates by developing internal processes for team and inter team working.
