JOB PURPOSE
This position will be responsible for database generation & updation, lead generation, initiating and nurturing client relationships and building client contacts, follow ups, client insights, act as a bridge between client and client relationship team.
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(The critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.)
- Client Contacts: Building and maintaining client contacts. Build substantial database in assigned vertical/region.
- Lead Generation: Ensuring that based on the business requirement leads/appointments are generated either by calling and emailing the clients.
- Regular Follow ups & client contact: Ensuring proper follow up and tracking the client responses in the tracker and updating the concerned team members in a timely manner. To participate in all relevant Client calls. Making follow up calls for assessing business opportunity and training needs.
- Understanding of different sectors: Should have some understanding of different sectors in the industry including little bit of knowledge of Public/Private sector.

Qualification and Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 6 years of experience in Client Interactions (Cold Calls & Emails)
- Experience in developing client rapport by understating their challenges/issues
- Demonstrated Track record in meeting and exceeding targets consistently
- Experience in Corporate Communications & L&D is a plus
- Experience of Project Management is a plus
