1. Minimum 2 tech project implementations end to end in Product based organizations.
2. CRM Product implementation experience is good to have.
3. Domain Knowledge: BFSI is must and Insurance Domain experience is good to have
4. Requirement and Solution experience is must
5. BRD/FRD & SDD Documentation skill is must
6. Client/Customer facing is must
7. Good Communication is mandatory
